New to New West: Intercultural Festival and Information Fair

The City of New Westminster and the WINS Local Immigration Partnership Council invite newcomer clients (people who have moved to New Westminster from other cities, provinces and countries in the past several years) to be part of a welcoming, fun and informative event.
